SWAP- Sharing Work on Appalachia in Progress
Join us for our SWAP (Sharing Work on Appalachia in Progress) presentation at the Appalachian Center (624 Maxwelton Ct.) or tune in virtually via Zoom. This year SWAPs will showcase the research conducted by recipients of the 2022 James S. Brown Graduate Student Award for Research on Appalachia and the UK Appalachian Center Eller & Billings Student Research Award, as well as other scholars and students sharing their research.

Thursdays from 1-5 pm - ARC Weekly Writing Group: This will be a weekly time to drop in for any time between 1-5 to work on writing projects. We will be in-person at the App Center as well as via Zoom. A member of the GARC Leadership team will be there during the entire period. We will have coffee, tea, and water available, as well as supportive writing friends!
