If you find yourself frequently watching Youtube or listening to podcasts while eating, you are going to love Lunch & Lit at Lesch Lending Library inside UK's Office of LGBTQ* Resources.

Here at Lunch & Lit, community and catering as we offer you food for thought as well as your bodies.

Our first inaugural Lunch & Lit centers on the memories and messaging of world-renowned feminist, bell hooks.

Join author, professor, and Kentucky's first black Poet Laureate, Crystal Wilkinson, and our community partner, Professor Beth Feagan, in a transformative discussion on their time with bell hooks.

Learn how hooks' numerous works offer insight into loving your neighbor and overcoming the grief that follows death.

Sandwiches and sides are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis, so feel free to bring your own lunch to enjoy during the talk!
