GARC and the Appalachian Center and Appalachian Studies Program invite you to drop-in for a Picnic on the Porch Saturday, August 24 12:00-2:00 pm ET. We welcome all new students to learn more about opportunities for research, awards, events, initiatives, courses, and the work of the Appalachian Center and Appalachian Studies Program and to visit with others interested in the region. Refreshments will be served.
