Appalachian Center Faculty/Staff Travel Funding is available for University of Kentucky faculty and staff presenting their Appalachian-related work at academic conferences. Funding is limited and awards will be given based on availability. Applications that are received as soon as possible will be given preference.
Faculty and Staff may apply for Appalachian Center Faculty/Staff Travel Funding for up to $250. When applying faculty/staff will provide a budget and proof of conference acceptance. Funds may cover costs including travel, lodging, registration, and any other appropriate costs. Please note: travel-related expenses must be in accordance with University of Kentucky's current travel guidelines. Funds will be in the form of a reimbursement so all necessary receipts will need to be submitted.
