Musician Sue Massek will perform "Precious Memories", a play written by the legendary folk singer and community organizer, Si Kahn during his residency at the Appalachian Center.  This is a musical play about the life of Sarah Ogan Gunning, who played a role in American folk and labor music history.  This performance is free and open to the public on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 7 p.m. at the Univeristy of Kentucky Singletary Center for the Arts.  Please read more here: http://uknow.uky.edu/content/uk-host-appalachian-scholar-and-musician-sue-massek
