If you are a current UK Graduate Student and have research, fieldwork, and academic interest in the Appalachian Region, please join us on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 2 p.m. to talk with and get to know other UK students with the same interests!  This Graduate Appalachian Research Community (GARC) Meet, Greet, and Join Event will be held at the UK Appalachian Center's Annex, and light refreshments will be available.  GARC is an official University of Kentucky student group and is involved in planning and coordinating annual events with support from the UK Appalachian Center and Appalachian Studies Program.  Please, see the flyer below for more information, and visit our GARC page HERE.
