Root and Reed Collaborative

Baskets represent artisanship, craft, utility and tradition woven into human history across every culture and continent. Join us this academic year to discuss and learn more about basketry and basket weaving. During the fall semester, there will be at least one meeting and one hands-on workshop where you can try basket weaving. This opportunity is a no-stakes, fun way to meet new people across campus and beyond, learn about a craft, gain a new skill and collaborate with others to learn, create and network. Meetings will be open for you to come and go as your schedule allows, and workshops will require registration to ensure the appropriate materials are available.

This opportunity is FREE, open to all (including the public). Use the form linked here to sign up to participate.
